Patterns and Sequencing

Pattern blocks or colored tiles.
Pattern cards or templates..Provide each student with a set of pattern blocks or colored tiles.
Display pattern cards or templates for students to replicate.
Instruct students to create their own patterns using the blocks or tiles.
Discuss the different patterns and how they can be extended.
Reinforce the concept of patterns by asking students to describe the sequences they created.
