Number Line Comparisons

A large number line (drawn on the floor with tape or on paper).
Number cards (1 to 50)..Place a large number line on the floor or use a drawn version on paper.
Give students number cards and have them place the cards in the correct position on the number line.
Select two numbers and ask students to stand on those numbers.
Discuss which number is greater and which is less, using the symbols > and < to demonstrate the comparison.
