Prepare the Quadrant:

Glue the quadrant onto a piece of cardboard or heavy paper using a glue stick. Cardboard is recommended for durability.
Create a Hole for the String:

Use a nail to poke a hole through the paper and cardboard where the hole punch is labeled.
Attach the String and Washer:

Tie one end of the string to the quadrant and attach the washer to the other end. The string should be long enough to extend past the numbers on the quadrant (approximately five inches).

Final Touches:

Ensure all components are securely attached and that the quadrant is ready for use.
