Paper
Dotter markers (also known as bingo markers or dot markers)
Pre-written names (or other words/pictures)
Preparation: Write out each student’s name on a sheet of paper in large, clear letters. You can also choose simple words or pictures depending on the lesson.
Dotting the Name: Give each student a dotter marker and have them carefully dot along the lines of the letters in their name.
Alternative Options: For variation, students can also dot along the lines of other words or even pictures, such as a simple shape or object.
Review and Recognition: After completing the activity, have students say their names out loud, recognizing each letter they dotted.
