Directional Relay

Cones or markers to create a relay course.
Index cards with “Anterior” and “Posterior” written on them..Set up a simple relay course using cones or markers.
Divide the students into teams.
Provide each team with index cards labeled “Anterior” and “Posterior.”
Instruct students to move through the course based on the direction given (e.g., “Move to the anterior side of the cone” or “Move to the posterior side of the cone”).
Discuss the movements and reinforce the concepts of anterior and posterior.
