Introduction (10 minutes):

Discuss the importance of trees with the students. Highlight their benefits, such as providing oxygen, improving air quality, supporting wildlife, and providing shade.
Introduce the activity: creating a soft board chart to visually display the importance of trees.
Planning (10 minutes):

Explain how the chart will be organized. The central theme will be “Importance of Trees,” with small circles around the board, each containing a specific benefit or fact about trees.
Brainstorm with students what important points to include on the chart.
Creating Small Circles (15 minutes):

Have students create small circles from construction paper. Each circle will include a written point or fact about the importance of trees (e.g., “Trees produce oxygen,” “Trees provide homes for wildlife”).
Students can decorate their circles with drawings or additional details if desired.
Chart Assembly (20 minutes):

Set up the soft board or bulletin board in a visible location.
Guide students in arranging the circles around a central image or title related to trees. The title could be something like “Why Trees are Important” or “Tree Benefits.”
Secure the circles to the board using glue or tape. Optionally, add tree images or other decorative elements to enhance the visual appeal.
Presentation (15 minutes):

Have students present their soft board chart to the class. Each student or group can explain one or more of the points listed on the circles.
Encourage questions and discussions about the importance of trees and the information presented.
Reflection (10 minutes):

Reflect on the activity by discussing what students learned about trees and their benefits.
Talk about ways students can contribute to tree conservation and support their environment.
