A clear jar or container.
Colorful slips of paper.
Markers, crayons, or colored pencils.
Stickers or decorations for the jar.
Pens or pencils..Introduction (5 minutes):
Discuss what goals are and why it’s important to think about the future.
Explain that they will be creating a jar to hold their future goals.
Decorating the Jar (10 minutes):
Provide each student with a clear jar or container.
Allow them to decorate their jar with stickers, markers, and other materials.
Writing Goals (15 minutes):
Give each student several slips of colorful paper.
Ask them to think about things they want to do or achieve in the near future (e.g., learning a new skill, visiting a place, helping others).
Guide them in writing each goal on a separate slip of paper and folding it.
Filling the Jar (5 minutes):
Have students place their folded goal slips into their decorated jar.
Discuss how they can take out a slip from the jar to remind themselves of their goals and work towards achieving them.
Sharing and Reflection (10 minutes):
Allow students to share one or two of their goals with the class.
Discuss how setting goals can help them plan for the future and achieve their aspirations.
