Stopwatch or timer.
List of short activities (e.g., drawing a picture, reading a book)..Provide each student with a stopwatch or timer and a list of short activities.
Instruct students to time how long each activity takes and record the duration.
Ask students to compare the durations of different activities and discuss their findings.
Discuss how understanding the duration of activities helps in planning and organizing their time.
